Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

At Las Vegas Poker Training, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of the advance commitments required to reserve elite poker professionals and premium venues. Whenever possible, our goal is to reschedule your training experience. If that is not possible, the following policy applies.

Event Commitment & Deposits

All bookings require advance payment to secure instructors, venues, and related event resources.
All cancellation timelines are based on the scheduled event date, not the date of contract execution.

50% of the total event fee is non-refundable upon booking. This Event Commitment Fee secures instructor availability, blocked playing schedules, and venue or table arrangements that are paid in advance and cannot be recovered.

Cancellation Timeframes

Cancellations 30 or More Days Prior to the Event - The remaining 50% balance is refundable, minus any additional non-refundable third-party costs incurred beyond the Event Commitment Fee.
Cancellations 15–29 Days Prior to the Event - The Event Commitment Fee remains non-refundable. Any remaining balance is non-refundable or may be issued as a credit, at Las Vegas Poker Training’s discretion.
Cancellations Within 14 Days of the Event - All payments are non-refundable.t

Rescheduling Options

One reschedule is permitted if requested at least 14 days prior to the scheduled event date.

All payments may be transferred to the new date, subject to instructor and venue availability.

Additional reschedule requests may incur additional fees.

Corporate & Private Event Considerations

Las Vegas Poker Training reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an event due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, all payments will be fully refunded or applied to a future date, at the client’s preference.
