Is Las Vegas Poker Training affiliated with the conventions on this calendar?
No. This calendar is provided as a planning resource. Las Vegas Poker Training is an independent corporate-event provider and is not affiliated with the listed convention or trade-show organizers unless expressly stated.
Do your guests need to know how to play poker?
No. A professional teaches your group at the table, so people who have never played can sit with people who have. The lesson is part of the night.
Where can you host the experience?
You can host private poker training, tournaments, and wider experiences at the hotel, conference venue, or private room you select. We do not require a casino floor, and we do not own the convention venues on this calendar.
Do you have to choose the format first?
No. You do not need to pick the format, the table count, or a specific professional before you ask. Your convention, a guest range, and the point of the night are enough to start a custom quote.
Can one night combine training and a tournament?
Yes. The signature format is one sequence: instruction and hand analysis, then private tournament play. Professionals may stay afterward to talk through busted hands. It is one event, not two bookings.
Can you host clients and prospects instead of employees?
Yes. The table can be for your customers and prospects, with your team in the room as hosts. It does not have to be a staff-only activity, and it does not replace a dinner you already value.
What if your group needs a larger casino-night format?
A corporate casino night is the wider-room option, with poker and other table games scoped to the space you select. Other games need an approved private or banquet room. It is quoted from your guest count, the room, and the production. This page does not list a rate.
Can you hold it in a hotel or hospitality suite?
Yes. A hotel suite, a meeting room, or another private space you hold is a normal setting. The dealers, cards, chips, and professionals come to that room, subject to the venue's approval.
How far in advance should you plan?
Share the convention week when your guest list and the open night are roughly known. The quote follows your dates. Show hours on this calendar can still change, so confirm them with the organizer.
What if your convention schedule changes?
Tell us. We can move the private event to another open evening, the night you arrive, or your final night. This calendar is a planning aid. The experience is booked around your group, not as part of the show.
Will this work for your executives or VIP guests?
Yes. A smaller group can use one oval table: nine students plus a dealer, with one professional. The pace can stay conversational, with hand analysis instead of a large room.
How is pricing determined?
Pricing is a custom quote for your group, the format, and the room. This page does not publish rates. You do not need a final headcount to ask.
Can you coordinate other corporate event services during our Las Vegas convention?
Yes. Beyond professional poker experiences, Las Vegas Poker Training can help connect your event with local partners for transportation, VIP concierge services, trade-show talent, brand activations, hospitality and other event needs. These services are coordinated separately, subject to availability, and quoted based on your requirements.
What can you do after your Las Vegas convention?
After the show floor closes, you can keep your clients, prospects, or team together for a private poker experience at your hotel, a conference room, or a private room you choose. We can build professional instruction, a private tournament, or a wider format around that open time.
The useful window is usually the gap between your last session and a late flight, or an open evening when your group is already in the same hotel. The convention stays someone else's event. The night is yours.
What is a good way to entertain your clients during a Las Vegas convention?
A hosted poker experience works well when a professional teaches your group and then stays for live play. Your clients and prospects get a shared activity after meetings, without replacing a dinner or reception you already value. We keep the teaching at your table.
You stay in the room. Your guests do not need to know the game before they sit down.
Can you schedule the event after the trade show floor closes?
Yes. You can schedule it after the floor closes, on an open evening, before the convention begins, or on your final night. We time it around your sessions, dinners, and departure plans so it fits the week you already booked.
How long should your corporate poker event last?
Our signature format is about 75 minutes of professional poker instruction and hand analysis, then about 75 minutes of private tournament play. With arrivals, the hosted window is about 3 hours. The tournament finish can vary. Plan on that window when you ask for a quote.
How many guests can you host?
A standard oval table seats nine students plus one dealer. Table-based training uses one professional for up to nine students. Hand analysis can host up to about 90 participants where that setup fits. Classroom, tournament, and wider formats can reach 250 or more guests, depending on the room and the production.
